Trail report
From St ignace to north of Moran we received 8-10 inches of snow last night. The storm seemed to hit our area the hardest with wind damage as well. There is wet spots under the snow and a lot of downed trees. It will take us a few days to get the trees cleaned up. Tomorrow is supposed to be in the low 40s and then cool off for the weekend with more snow Sunday night. Groomers are parked for now. If Sunday storm pans out we will run one more time and be sure to report. There has been a few sleds out today. Trout lake did not get as much snow but there was more old snow underneath so there is areas in the woods that you could ride. It's just getting to them that's tough. It would depend on how much melting goes on tomorrow before we could talk about Saturday conditions. #straitsarea ... See MoreSee Less
