KEWEENAW PENINSULA UPDATE via Keweenaw Trail Reports >> 01/31 Where did you ride this week? Let us know how it was! Plans to ride this weekend? W🤩W! What a week it has been! Definitely the busiest weekday riding we have EVER seen! SO many sleds! Every other rider and employees at businesses along the trail that we talked to, said the same thing! Ben Anderson and crew, from Minnesota, were up riding this week and shared these photos with us. Ben said, “Another great trip to Michigan…trails were great in the morning and trashed by evening…never seen this many people here riding during the week but groomers still did a damn fine job!” Groomers were out last night smoothing the trails back out! Trail 109 out of Twin Lakes is in excellent condition to Hazel Swamp Road. From there to Alston we have trees down. A crew is going out today to clear the trail. Hopefully they are able to accomplish this. Please ride with caution in that area.

So far I'm showing 9 inches at 8:00am and still snowing and they are still calling for another 3-7 by this evening. As you can see the boys were out all night trying to get ahead of all this snow. If you want to know who's been out grooming get the #groomertracker app on your phone today. It's a cheap way to be informed at $10 per club and $5 of it goes directly to that club.
