CADILLAC AREA UPDATE via Coyote Crossing Resort >> 01/21 Conditions – Fair to Good Snow last 24 hrs- 3” Hello – Groomers went out Sunday and definitely helped the conditions.. Things were pretty rough after MLK holiday traffic. With base being 1-3”, Winter Promotions groomer drivers are going out as necessary and being careful not to destroy the minimal base . We have received about 2-4” since Sunday . Keep doing the SNOW DANCE as things are improving daily . RIDE RIGHT! Shown below is the expected 24-hour snowfall accumulation from 7pm today through 7pm Friday, along with the 24-hour snowfall from 7am Saturday through 7am Sunday. The 12-hour "gap" in between those two periods is the lull between the two waves of snow, when not much is expected to happen. And the snowmelt from the warm spell today should largely have ceased by then. More snow is also expected after 7am on Sunday and even into Monday, but it's a bit too early to call the snow amounts for that time period. Winter is coming back, and trail base has held up surprisingly well! Our early season snows and panning have paid off, as most all trails are showing no dirt. 3-6″ of snow is expected in the next 24 hours, and it’s snowing lightly now. With this fresh snow, riding can resume in our area and hopefully grooming efforts will restart soon... #cadillac
