FREDERIC / GAYLORD AREA UPDATE via Sledheads of Frederic – 12/21 Its the first day of WINTER. We had a light dusting overnight but in both Grayling and Frederic I could still see my foot prints from yesterday. At least its a cold 13 degrees this morninig and the ground has hardened up. I only had 2 sleds come in here yesterday and saw one sled pulling into the swamp about 5:30 when I left. Only 2 trailers at the motels this morning in Grayling and they were both warming up their trucks and heading to the u.p. so I am not expecting to see to much traffic tommorow. Weather forcasts have change a little bit for colder temps the next couple of days so that is good but I dont like the extended for between Christmas and New years. Maybe Santa will surprise us but hey its not any different than the last few years. We have to make the best of what we have or just stay put. Pics below are the 2 guys that rode in yesterday morning and also I am selling my side by with the Boss plow on it. Its a 2006 Polaris 500, 4wd, hydraulic 3 way Boss plow. $8500.
