TRAVERSE CITY AREA UPDATE via Grand Traverse Area Snowmobile Club – 12/12 Groomer Dave did his solo today. Dave did the east route. He said that it’s early season conditions with some wet spots that should freeze up tonight. The snow gets thinner the farther south he went. Good job Dave! Groomer Randy was stopped by a group of sleds today and was given a tasty treat of cookies today! Thanks to that group for the nice gesture! Randy reported great conditions while doing the east route. Groomer Jeff did the north route and reported great conditions also.
Unfortunately, we need to report that we are forecasted for a warm up. Starting Saturday and running for at least 6 days with temps in the low to mid 40's. Fingers crossed that we don't loose everything. #traversecity #snowphotos
