Because of the warmer weather Groomer Wyatt was out until 5:48 this morning. Groomer Chad is out now doing the Porkies and South Boundary (Trail 11). Expecting most locations to warm above freezing during the day and then fall below freezing overnight. Looking at the upcoming unseasonably warm temperatures, we will be suspending grooming Friday and Saturday. We have plenty of snow but with warm temperatures and high weekend traffic trail conditions will change quickly. We will keep an eye on the weather and get groomers out when weather allows. The snow has officially arrived, and Mother Nature has outdone herself—nearly 2 feet of fresh, powdery snow has blanketed the area, with even more in the forecast! 🌨 If you’ve been dreaming of winter adventures, this is your sign!
We’re thrilled to share that some of the local Snowmobile Club are hard at work and has plans to begin setting the trails starting next week. 🛷 These early preparations are crucial to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable ride for everyone all season long.
🚨 A friendly reminder: During this critical trail-setting phase, we kindly ask all snowmobilers to hold off from using the trails until they’re officially ready. Riding on the trails too soon can make it challenging for the grooming process and affect the quality of the trails for the months to come. Let’s work together to kick off this season right!
