FREDERIC / GAYLORD AREA UPDATE via Sledheads of Frederic – 01/20 Saturday afternoon about 2. It started out at 4 degrees this morning and it is now up to 18. Sled traffic thru town and Sledheads has been steady all day even with the cold. I have been trying to sit down to write this and everytime I would sit down someone would come in. But now is my big break. Sled traffic was lighter on friday but today makes up for it. Big John and his crew made it to the bridge yesterday on their 202 mile ride. Lunch at the Keyhole, pitstop at Spankys and a pic at the bridge. They said the snow north of Vanderbilt was perfect alll the way up.Thank you to all that sent birthday wishes. We went up to Luckys in Gaylord for birthday dinner. Of course it was prime rib but with lobster…pretty darn good. I think its going to stay busy around with riders thru sunday afternoon.
