We groomed north to Holland lake and back Saturday and trail 45 to the falls. We did not groom anything last night with the low traffic we did not see the need. we plan to groom north again tonight. With the traffic over the weekend even though we had fresh snow the trails in to town are again back down to the dirt, The north trails are reported as good though. We did receive about 8 inches of fresh snow more the farther north on the trails this weekend, It is currently 25 degrees and cloudy.

WEATHER UPDATE via US National Weather Service Marquette Michigan --> Historic late season snow storm ends today. Snow continues this morning, heaviest across the north central highlands. Snow will then quickly diminish this afternoon and will end most areas by late afternoon. Where the heaviest snow has fallen, travel will be very difficult this morning. Also, where snow has collected on trees, gusty winds this morning may still break tree limbs and cause additional power outages. With warmer weather ahead, melting snow will lead to water level rises on rivers and streams, creating the potential of more flooding... #miweather #keweenaw#westernup#marquette#munising#seney#newberry #soo #straitsareaHistoric late season snow storm ends today.
