TRAVERSE CITY AREA UPDATE via Grand Traverse Area Snowmobile Club – 2/28 We received about 4 inches of snow yesterday. Groomer Jeff ran the east trail and reported that the new snow was needed after a busy weekend. Still some thin areas but overall good. Groomer Jeff, (yes we had the Jeff and Jeff show) ran the north run and reported the same. Temps are forecasted to be in the mid 30’s today so you may want to get out and ride. Groomer driver Don went out on the west trail and reported excellent conditions. Groomer driver Jeff was on the south trail and reported some drifting in the open areas and rated the trails as excellent. We will be out again tomorrow.
