KEWEENAW PENINSULA UPDATE via The U.P. Superior Snowmobile Club – 2/17
Groomer Todd reporting:
Good Morning Everyone. Trail 13 West from Greenland to Rockland was groomed early this morning to the trail 137 spur to Ontanogon. Trail 12 was also groomed from Greenland out to the Bill Nichols trail intersection which is trail 3. These trails held up well after the rain and warm weather earlier this week. Use caution while riding along M38 just outside of Greenland.
There is water and part of the trail was dug up to drain water. You will need to ride the side of the highway for a short distance to bypass these areas. There are 3 other small wet areas on 13 but they are small and easily avoidable. There was ample snow to work with and it flowed through the drag nicely.
As much snow as possible was dragged into a couple of bare spots. Everything is smoothed out and ready for you to have an enjoyable ride today. Have a great Friday everyone!

KEWEENAW PENINSULA UPDATE via Keweenaw Snowmobile Club – 2/17
The team was out last night on the main routes of our system (3/17, 134 and 135). Trails are very icy and numerous wet areas have opened up, hopefully the cold will set these up again. Please ride with caution. Keep the snow dances going, we need it!
