The snowmobile trails from TwinLakes to CopperHarbor are open, and groomers are out working on them. Trails are reported to be in good to very good condition except for Trails 122, 133 and the High Rock trail which are in poor condition due to wet areas and low snow. Trail usage one these trails should be done with care until we have better snow cover
Remember to watch out for the groomers when you’re out on the trails…….they have the right of way!!
There is logging on a short portion of Trail 133 between Gay and Lac La Belle.
The Keweenaw Convention & Visitors Bureau asks that you stay on the trails, STAY OFF THE ICE, respect private property, do not drink and drive, and above all else, please, drive safely. The signs on the snowmobile trails are there for the riders’ safety. Please, DO NOT remove or destroy these signs.

Hello All,
Sorry for the lack of reports, honestly there hasnt been much to report as we are just waiting on the snow to fall.
Currently, the trails are in fair condition overall and could use some more snow. We are in the midst of what is supposed to be a big snowstorm but it has yet to hit. If the weatherman is correct we should have a foot or more of new snow after the weekend is over. If that happens we will be all set as far as trails and grooming go as conditions will immediately jump to very good/excellent throught the Ishpeming area. So keep your fingers crossed.
