Trail Report for the Weekend – Groomers have been out and the conditions have contributed to excellent hard packed base with a very smooth finish.
Groomers will be out all weekend long in every directions so watch for their lights and give them a thumbs for all of their hard work

Benzie Visitor Bureau – 2/20
Hi All! Well trails held up yesterday pretty good and conditions have been great but unfortunately we are looking at another day of warm and rain, ice and wind before a cold front comes back. We have lots of snow, the groomers have been out a lot and the base is a good solid 16-18′. BUT it can be deteriorating fast with rain and warm so I guess we’ll have to wait and see what this mini warm up is gonna do. It’s getting slushier as the day goes by. 🙁 So I will check in again tomorrow to let you know how we are hanging on! Fingers crossed and keep up the snow dance for another month plus! Seeya on the trails! Carol

Coyote Crossing Resort – 2/21
TRAIL UPDATE: Hello- We did get some rain and warmer temps the last two days, but not as bad as expected. Access roads that are plowed are now pretty bare. Trail system base held up well, but they are now extremely icy and need more snow. It is currently 28 Deg. and snowing. 3-4 inches of snow would get things back in good shape in a hurry. THINK SNOW! February 18, 2018 – The trails were frosted with a 6 inch layer of fluffy new snow over the last 24 hours. It just keeps getting better around here. Forecast looks pretty good except for Thursday when we could have some rain and freezing going on. We’re doing our best to keep the trails in great shape. It’s been rough on the equipment as it has been going non-stop all season. No such thing as a January thaw this year. The last couple of weeks we have had all kinds of repairs to deal with. Right now I believe all wheels and tracks are on the ground and happy but that can change in an instant.
Enjoy your ride. This time of year we don’t know how many more we will have.
February 13, 2014 – Trail conditions are holding up great–still Good to Excellent–mostly excellent. Could pick up a little snow overnight and temps are expected to remain below freezing for the weekend so those lucky enough to have a long weekend for riding will have an awesome time. Ride safely and have fun!
