All I want for Valentines Day is SNOW>>>> and this is gonna get scary. There have been a few sleds thru town this morning here but it is very sunny and 33 degrees and supposed to hit 40 today and tomorrow which could possibly wipe us out again.

It’s amazing at how good the trails have held up to this point considering there wasn’t that much snow out there. The cold has been what has held it.

The good part is its supposed to get back to cold and snow after Thursday, but will it be enough to keep trails rideable….stay tuned to see if this story has a happy ending. Thanks for checking in. Pete

The groomers ran last night and reported the trails are in good shape we still have some icy corners so use caution. We are going to have warm temps today Wednesday but the trails should hold up. Groomers probably will not run tonight (Wednesday) because of the warm temps but they will resume Thursday

Trail 2 east of Watersmeet – to the 107 – good but thin in areas
Trail 3 south of Watersmeet to WI – good -this trail gets tons of traffic and it gets rough between groomings use caution over the bridges
Trail 3 north of trail 2 to bond falls – good with icy corners
Trail 3 north of Bond falls – good with icy corners
Trail 2 west of Watersmeet- good
Trail 13 south of trail 2 – good with icy corners
