Plenty of snow on the trails.

There is approximately a foot of snow where we are at…the trails are rough.

There has been no grooming. ….BUT we talked to the DNR and groomers will be out tomorrow (Thursday)!

That is great news. They should be able to go over them a few times before the weekend.

It is bitter cold. Dress warm and start making plans to come north and enjoy the winter.

Went out to check the trails and this is what I found.

Grand Traverse Snowmobile Club – 01/076

We picked up another 6 inches last night and today. Groomers are out currently on the North and East. We are under a winter storm warning for tomorrow night with 8-12″ inches forecasted. It’s shaping up to be a tip top weekend!
