Definitely looks and feels like winter outside! Its been snowing most of the day. The trails are covered, and there is enough snow to ride. A few people had been thru the trail and its still covered white. I measured about 4 1/2 – 5 inches.
Snow continues in the forecast thru several days. If this continues it should be riding time for everyone.
Give us a call and make our reservation for the weekend. Hot breakfast is included in the room price. Park by your room, and be on the trail within minutes.

Rained last week to melt most of what we had on the ground, but that may have been a good thing. It put some moisture in the ground, and then it got cold and the ground started to freeze – we need the frost to help the trail hold up and get the snow to stick down.
Last night was a surprise 6’+ but mostly lake effect and it will pack down to nothing. Don’t think we have enough to start panning just yet since it is all lake effect. I will check with my trail reporters to see what it is like in the outer system.
Weather looks like continued cold with a little snow here and there. It may be time to get this season off to a start!
