Gaylord Area Trail Report – Ray’s Retreat Country Inn – 02/03

Another weekend winding now. Now is the time to be planning to come up when you can enjoy the trails without many other riders. They stay in good condition so much longer.

The motel was full and everyone enjoyed their rides. Some areas were a bit rough where the snow is a less and they haven’t been able to groom much. Other areas have more than enough snow and you don’t want to get off trail or you might be sinking down into a snowbank.

We’re supposed to get 2-4 inches today and another 1-3 tomorrow. Fresh snow always helps the trail and keeps things looking fresh. If you are looking for a place to stay this week where you can enjoy home hospitality, a hot breakfast to start your day and quick and easy access to the trail give us a call.
