Grayling Trail Report – Fay’s Motel – 02/04

Greetings Sledders,

There’s still not much to talk about in terms of trail conditions, we are continuing to see very good trails and are hearing nice things about our grooming efforts, which is always passed on to our guys.

It would seem that once again you downstate and out-of-state folks are going see the snows from the next three systems that are heading across the nation’s mid-section and that’s okay we have plenty to work with on the trails and off trail looks like it would be a blast, although I can’t attest to that as I’ve been on my sled once all year. Hopefully that will change soon.

The only thing to caution you about are some of the corners, some are icy after last weekend’s traffic had it’s way with them and broke up the base that was established. We’ve bladed all the corners back in but there is a lack of moisture in the snow so some of them won’t set up the way we’d like. Please use some caution.

Temps look to stay well below freezing all week so we won’t lose anything for the foreseeable.

Next report will probably be next week unless something changes drastically.

Ride Often and Please Be Safe,
Keith, Sandy and The Girls

At Fay’s Motel enjoy direct access to the Grayling Area snowmobile trails.
