good base on the Boardman Valley !

Good day everyone. Trails are holding up well. We had a bunch of people out and about all over the Boardman today and had mixed reviews. Some of the early riders found it a bit bumpy, however, by afternoon, the groomers were out and everyone came in happy. The trails do have a few iced up corners and we could use a bit more snow. The forecast is calling for heavy lake effect over the next 3 days so lets all keep our fingers crossed. For those of you who will be riding over the next two days please be careful out there. You may be noticing a few new faces on the trails this season. The local sheriff will be patrolling the trails regularly. We had spoken to them yesterday and they had stopped over 100 sleds to date. They are looking for the obvious. Please be safe out there everyone and have a great new year !

Merry Christmas everyone.

Well we are not getting the snow today we thought we would, temps are above freezing and we are seeing a bit of rain. Trails will should hold up as we do have a good groomed base. The trails are bound to be dirty in spots and with the drizzle we may have some ice in places on the trails. We are expecting to see 2-4 inches tonight and snow for the rest of the week. Hopefully we will be back to ideal conditions soon. Hope you all have a great Holiday
