The grade still has some very thin areas. We will run west from Trout Creek and north on 3 from Bruce Crossing to Rockland today, hopefully the wet areas will hold up. East from Trout Creek to Sidnaw is pretty good with some thin areas on the grade and 174 to the South Laird Rd is very nice.
Please ride on the RIGHT side of the trail and STOP at the stop signs!
Stay on the trail, if you don’t we could lose trail permissions on private property.
We now have the Groomer Trackers installed and working on our groomers.
We groom every day that the weather conditions and equipment allow. Unforeseen circumstances may prevent us from going out, like a major blizzard and being snowed in at our homes or equipment breakdowns.

Not a single set of sled tracks...trails are setting up nicely with this snow and colder temps.

Blizzard Warnings have moved South to include Leelanau, Emmet, Cheboygan, Southeastn Chippewa, Mackinac Island/Bois Blanc, Beaver Island. Ice Storm Warnings have moved South to include Wexford, Missaukee, Oscoda, Alcona and Alpena Counties. Winter Weather Advisories now include Clare, Osceola Counties.
The warm line is farther South keeping higher totals North. Winds continue to pick up along with the snow tonight.
