Hell Week? That’s what it used to be between Christmas and New Years because so many people would be here and the businesses would have to have plenty of help.

Well here I sit in Sledheads by myself. Checked the motels in town this morning and its a ghost town. No snow seems to do that. Even though it is white out there is not enough to venture out in. I figure there will still be people coming up because they had planned on it. Weather said snow turning to rain tomorrow.

I did take a pic at the Speedway station in Grayling this morning of a guy that was thinking positive. I stopped and talked to him and he was heading for the u.p. I haven’t heard anything about what is going on up there but my gut feeling is that its not that great up there either. I would say you should check into it pretty well before making that trip.

I have my plow truck finally ready to go but haven’t had to test that out yet this year at all. The wait continues. Thanks for checking in. Pete

New Snow? Well we did manage to get almost 2 inches overnight here in Frederic and it is a nice packy snow. Maybe enough to slide Santas sleigh on. Time will tell if it improves.

On the other hand its quiet in Frederic but I did have one machine ride into here today. It was Ray and below is his pic that I took out front of him and his machine. Not what I really want to see here. Also other pic below is from Stephanie and that pretty sums up the season so far.
