Certainly doesn’t get any better than this. Sunny and 18 degrees. Weather outlook for the next ten days is perfect. I would imagine there will be a good crowd here this weekend.

Trailer counts were 4 at the Days Inn and 14 at the Ramada and I don’t know how many trailers were at Fays Motel but there was a huge cloud of 2 stroke smoke that I could see before I got to the motel from sleds that were sitting there running. Fays is a great place to start out from and Kieth is the head groomer driver too.

I will have the Polar Vortex shirts done on Monday or Tuesday and will begin shipping them. I am doing a few extra to have here in the shop. I also am doing this update on my new computer which I am also putting in pics thru my new phone, A world of difference in the quality of the pictures. Minus 20 and nice and crunchy out there. I didn’t know it was getting that cold overnight but now is 9:30 and up to about zero, A good 6 to 8 inches on the ground from yesterday and sleds have already been thru town this morning.

I got back from my road trip last night about midnight after dinner in Ann Arbor with my daughter. Also a big shout out and Thank You to the crew at Custom Lawncare in Flint for the bag of coneys they handed to me when I delivered an order of shirts to them. If you need Lawncare in Flint, Lansing or Saginaw area look them up at www.spraymylawn.com Rod from Custom is the person that wrote the blog on the Darkside Adventures snowmobile trip. He does an excellent job on that blog. Maybe someday I can ride with them.

I am happy to say that all the pics below I took this morning and you may notice how nice and crisp they are, thanks to my new phone with a decent camera. Look at how tall the snow piles are and how deep the snow is along the road down at my storage area. The snow just keeps on coming.

Also Please take note of this, there will be gate closures on trail 47 to Lovells this weekend between Stephan Bridge road and Wakely bridge road. There will be live firing with 50 caliber weapons, (snipers) practicing in the area so if the gates are closed STAY OUT. My suggestion if you get to a closed gate is to go north to county road 612 then ride along the shoulder past the closure. Thanks for checking in. Pete
