Another great day in Frederic, 6 degrees, no wind and cold and crunchy, weather outlook still looking great thru saturday, sunday it said slight rain but then back to snow. So this weekend should be good, the next question is will we make it 2 more weekends….

I am hoping to ride tommorow, cant believe I never got to ride last week with the ultimate conditions. Sleds were in yesterday but sled traffic was very light but that is how it is on Mondays……thats about it for this morning, 2 pics below I just took out the front door…..there was a slight dusting of new snow overnight…..Thanks for checking in.

It’s a calm, quiet and cold morning here in Frederic at about 7 degrees. Was about minus ten earlier, had 2 sleds in so far, dont expect to see to many today but trails should be good. Had a call from an ohio guy this morning saying that gaylord trails werent good earlier. It never fails there are always trails that get beat up and with the heavy weekend traffic I had plenty of people tell me they had perfect gaylord trails too. It just depends on your luck, the groomers do a great job but there is nothing that can keep all trails perfect at the same time for everyone.

I hear sleds coming right now so I will see what they say. We are on winter weather advisory till tommorow on the 1 to 3 inch border of the 6 inch snowfall so that will be nice. The guys that just rode in have a cabin around the corner and they havent rode since saturday when they went to Johannesburg, they said that was terrible. Now being monday I would give it another try.

We haven’t had snow like what we have now in many years and the weather outlook for this coming weekend is still darn good. Thanks for checking in and please ride safely. Pete
