Another cold and crunchy morning here in Frederic, Ohio Brian was just in and later on this morning is going to head up by starvation lake parking lot and going to ride up in that area. He said he had good riding over the weekend, you just have to wait for it to warm up and soften the snow. He also said the trail to gaylord is still mostly covered with ice and there is a prediction of 1 to 3 inches maybe for this weekend. If that really happens it will put lube on top of the hard ice. Only the die hards will try it.

Sunny and 28 this morning in Frederic, snow is melting off with more grass popping thru in places. It’s pretty much over around here. Never saw a sled yesterday and only a couple people stopped in. I think the u.p. will hold thru this weekend for those that want to make the journey. I will still stay on here thru the weekend and then start doing updates way less often durning spring and summer…… Thanks for checking in. Pete
