Hard & Icy, we need snow on top of it. Havent heard a sled all day and none were around yesterday despite the fact that I saw a big group of them out by the west parking lot. They must have bypassed Frederic.

So the wait is on , will we get snow, a few inches would make it rideable but be leary of the ice below.

Big John ended up getting shuttled by truck back to Frederic after a 550 mile ride up to Marquette from here. He said trail was totally mud by indian river. Had a call from the u.p. by Grand Marais this morning and they said hard and icy there too. So plain and simple we need new snow. Thats it for today, getting outside stuff done around here while its so nice out. Currently 1 p.m. and 38 degrees.

Todays pic are a little Frederic Inn drooling pics. I took these on Friday night when I was there……Only 4 nites till prime night again….thats why I like Friday and saturday nites down there……..

It’s a sunny 38 degrees and pretty icy in my parking lot here at 11 a.m. I saw 8 sleds at the gas station out by the far west parking lot out by Bear Lake. I also stopped and took a pic of the new Dingmans that is going up. It is just a shell but I imagine they will get er dun this summer. Pic below.

Hopefully the weather forecast is going to be right and the weatherman says snows is coming in the next 36 hours along with snow and colder temps starting tuesday night…….
