JORDAN VALLEY UPDATE via Jordan Valley Trails Council​ – 1/3

Trail Updated:
The Jordan Valley and north 131 was groomed this morning as well as 131 south to Lakes of the North and Starvation Lake. Trails are thin with frequent water spots and bare spots. Grooming will continue once we receive sizable snowfall to improve trail conditions. These 30+ degree days and rain has killed the good snow we had to start unfortunately. Ridable Yes, but all 3 groomers today said they wouldn’t ride their sleds in it

Remember when you see those hard working groomer operators, give them a tip of the helmet, all our manpower comes from volunteers of the local snowmobile clubs.

We were clearing trees on New Year’s day and can vouch for the lack of snow and the wet spots in the Valley. We need a good freeze and snow so we can get back on track.
