February 24th ~ Iron Mountain Area Trail Report
Trails Conditions: Excellent. Being groomed daily. Received another 5+ inches of snow with last week’s storm systems. This puts our area trails at over 24+ inches of snow cover in most areas.
Forecast: Daytime temperature forecast for the week; single digits to low teens, with slight chance of precipitation.

We have lots of Snow and getting more,as I write this today.The Dickinson County area has close to 2 feet on the ground now!Our groomers are out on the trails daily now.The trail conditions are good to Very Good!
Important NEWS!!!!! Trial # 2 from near Lake Antoine to upper Pine Creek road is now open,except for one short stretch.This area is gated and we have a marked trail that is groomed,around this area.The club has contracted with a local firm to perform some brushing on certain areas of the trails.When we know exactly where the work will be done,I will let you know.Also,all of the swamps are frozen tight now and are safe to ride through!Have fun on the trails! Be safe and THINK SNOW!
