The trails are holding steady in fair condition. Snow showers are in the forecast starting this evening and could stick around through the weekend. Enjoy the ride and stay safe!

A few things to remember about groomers:
– Groomers are out there to help you have a better riding experience and always have the right of way.
– Please move off the trail when groomers are coming and allow them to safely pass.
– If you approach a groomer from behind, kindly wait for the operator to signal you to pass.
– Grooming can take place at any time during the day or night.
– Have fun and stay safe!

It’s a calm and quiet friday morning with 20 degrees here in downtown Frederic. No new snow but there is light snow predicted the next few days. I drove out near Manistee Lake this morning to a house I have listed (sale pending) and was surprised how much snow is still out there. Trail crossings still looked pretty good. Of course everyone always says the snow is better north and west of Frederic. I took a few pics of their roof and picnic table to show the snow out there. There were a few sleds out yesterday around Frederic. The other pic I have down here are the guys that came here and are camped out in my back lot. They were still here when I got here this morning but were gone and riding again by about 9:45. If you do want to ride just enjoy what little we do have. I wish I had better reports.
