The total count for snow on the ground continues to stand at 7 inches. The trail system is starting to build the base needed for grooming but the trails are still CLOSED.

CROSS COUNTRY SKIING FANS: The Rainbow X-Country Ski Trail has been groomed for the second time! This trail system is looking much better with the new snow fall received last weekend and all trails are OPEN for skiiers. Do watch for a few rough patches still here and there.

SNOWSHOEING FANS: The trails have been cleared on the Heritage Upper and Lower trails. All are open for snowshoeing. Be careful; some branches may have been missed after the trees were cut – please move them to the side if found. Enjoy the *official* start to the season!

If the current weather pattern holds things are looking good for a very White Christmas on Drummond!
