Benzie Area Trail Report – Honor Motel – 01/20
There is plenty of snow on the ground in Benzie County. We had 8 inches of that white fluffy stuff fall just this week. A clipper is dumping 3-6 inches tonight and several more inches of lake effect snow is predicted throughout the day
tomorrow.
Trail #3 was last groomed on Wednesday, our riding guests report today that trail conditions are good to very good. Should be great riding after tonight and tomorrow’s expected snowfall, but dress warm, fridgid air is here for the weekend!
Wow, the village is burried in fresh snow this morning, about 1 foot – that’s 12 inches – has fallen on top of what we already had and more is expected! It’s beautiful out there!
