Keweenaw Peninsula Trail Report – 03/11

Morning Kruppers!
It’s a ghost town up here!
Yes there is still snow!
I just talked to a guy on a skidoo that rode up from Greenland and said it was pretty darn good! The groomer had made a run from twin Lakes down to the Adventure ski hill to make some jumps for the hill cross race that it there tomorrow!
We are waiting for things to soften up a bit before we jump in the bush for our ride today! Looks to be about 3 feet deep off trail still!
50 above today and pushing 60 for tomorrow tho!
This might be it unless we get a bomb!
If I still had little kids that ride it would be a great time right here with almost no traffic!
We do have about 8 boo dockets staying with us now and maybe a family or two coming in!
They also are in the process of hauling in snow to Handcock to allow folks to pass through town because it is shot in town!
Groomers were out in Southrange this morning as well!
I will share some pics that I just took for you all!
