Got Snow ? we do…our trails are in excellent condition, Groomer Guy Lanny just groomed Trail 3 from Kaleva to High Bridge and reports that even along the river we got a good 8-10 inches of fresh snow. Redneck Snow Stick shows 21inches packed and lots of flying fluff and drifting. Groomers will be out on Bear Lake Spur, Thompsonville to Beulah and Maple City connector today. Tonight and into early morning Trial 3 Kaleva to Thompsonville. Club ride today, meet at the clubhouse 10 a.m.

Hi all! Happy Hump Day! Trails are back in great shape after getting blasted with 6-10′ of new snow! Yeehah! Base is about 8′ with total snow on the ground at about 26′!Groomers are out this morning from Kaleva to High Bridge, Thompsonville to Beulah. Maple City Connector and Bear Lake Spur will be groomed this afternoon. Forecast is still calling for high winds, low temps and more Lake Effect yet. So, should be looking good for the weekend! We received dusting to 2 on south end and few inches to the north so far more coming. Winter Storm Advisory, forecast is from rain changed to freezing rain then snow possible 4 to 8 by Tuesday night with additional inches of Lake Effect snow by Wednesday night. Condition: Good to Excellent trails with some icy spots. Base varies 5 to 6 inches in most locations. Total snow on the ground varies 12 inches. We had groomed all trails Sunday trying to groom today if weather permitting. Please watch out for the guys and show your appreciation with a thumbs up for all their hard work. Benzie Visitor Bureau – 02/19

Hi all! Tuesday and back on the roller coaster. We saw 40’s yesterday with sunshine and rain. But now we are under an advisory for possible 6-8′ or more in the next 24 hours with some colder temps and high winds. Trails are holding up pretty well though with about a 6′ base overall. Trail 3 High Bridge to Kaleva and Kaleva to Thompsonville was groomed Sunday as was trail 3 Honor to Maple City and Trail 39. BUT groomers will not be out again till the temps get low enough AND we get more snow which hopefully is late tonight or tomrrow!
