Groomers went out but turned back tonight, there just isn’t enough to work with.

Trails are smooth and ridable, just very very icy.

Groomers will remain parked until more snow arrives

Sledheads of Frederic – 02/10

Snow is in the air this morning in Frederic, only about another inch since yesterday.

It’s 15 out and I am just not sure what to say about the weekend, forecast for tomorrow says it could be 44 so will it hold out for us or what?

Already had 3 sleds ride thru this morning but they didn’t stop in. Trailer in town were 13 at the Ramada and 4 at Days Inn. All pictures below were taken about an hour ago on my way to Frederic (8:30 a.m.)

My opinion on the trails is, yes you can ride, is it great? no but you can get a ride in and there is enough to for slide lube. Just had a guy stop on his way thru from Marquette as he had been in the u.p. for 4 days……
