Paradise Area Trail Report – Paradise Area Night Riders – 02/01

February 1, 2017

22 degrees this morning and snowing. Picked up a couple new inches on my deck last night too. We are under a lake effect advisory for tonight thru Friday night….YEA!!!! They are saying 6-10 inches….YEA again!!!

Groomer Loren was the only one who ran yesterday. He did the Pine Stump trail #8 and called it good. I am gonna hit the Falls trail #45 this afternoon. If we get all this snow they are calling for we will get into the swamp south of town and work on that probably Friday. We still have a small detour on #45 to the Falls to get around a water hole that opened up. We should be able to work on that soon also. We`ll also get out and work on the other few bad spots we have on our trail system ASAP.

In some other good news, our busted groomer, yes, its still down, should be back up an runnin by this weekend. We had to get another fuel injector pump. The new one we got 2 weeks ago turned out to be faulty. Our other new one is supposed to be in today or tomorrow. Wish us luck….this groomer has been down since Dec. 16 on its first run of the season!!!

Thats it fer today folks. Keep checking back. LET ER SNOW!!!!!!

Groomer Chris
