Trail and Snow Report….It’s Snowing! Friday, February 10th
by Heart Lake Resort on Friday, February 10, 2012 at 9:24am

More of a weather report today since the trails are still in poor or non-existent condition but it has finally begun to snow here. They (NOAA.gov) are calling for only about 1 to 2 inches today and about another inch or so tonight. As hard as it’s coming down now though, it seems like it could be more. Just maybe that unpredictable lake effect machine could bring us additional accumulation as we most definitely need it. Until we get at least six to eight inches on new stuff, I wouldn’t be able to tell anyone to come up though just yet – soon I hope. As I look at our digital weather station, it’s 25.3 degrees and falling here at Heart Lake Resort Cottages near Gaylord. If you ever need more information or an honest trail report whether you’re staying with us or not, or, even if you need a place to stay, please feel free to call. Thank You.
