Trail Report: Jan 27th , 2012 @ 9:05 am

Gaylord groomers report there is an icy base on the trails. Temperatures have dropped back down to below freezing. We are receiving freezing drizzle which will change to snow alter this afternoon. We did receive 3-4 inches of new snow Tuesday night. Grooming was done Tuesday night! Trails: to the North and the South are ‘Poor’ ~ Trails: to the East and West are ‘FAIR’. Friday Trail and Snow Report….

Still no change in the report or trail conditions from the past couple of days – conditions still fair to poor. The temp is 31.2 here at Heart Lake Resort. However, the Weather Channel is calling for 1 to 2 inches of snow tonight and 2 to 4 inches tomorrow. Hopefully, all of that will happen as we most definitely need it.
