Trails have been ‘rideable’ this week, however, the sun and highs in the 30s have hurt overall conditions. Snow and rain/snow in the immediate forecast with cold and snow returning on Saturday night.

Jan. 7th, 2016 8:56 am – Trails are ‘OPEN’. Grooming was done Sunday night, grooming has been put on hold until we receive more snow. Trails are ‘Poor’ to ‘Fair’ condition, depending on the area. Watch for water holes, dirt spots & icy spots.

What can I say? Certainly not a lot as nothing has changed except maybe the snow has melted a little. Looks like a lot of precipitation coming our way but I am guessing it will be rain as its 32 out right now. Lets see what happens between today and tomorrow. Lake effect snows are supposed to start sunday.
