WHOA….WHOA….WHOA…people. Some of you sure are fast about jumping down my throat and bashing our town on our FB page!!!! I guess I should of chosen my words more carefully. We ARE NOT totally done grooming. I meant we`ll see what the weather brings. We still only have just one machine up and runnin….yes….we are STILL waiting for parts for the other two. We are gonna concentrate on gettin them up this week. Lighten up people, we know there is still a full month of season left!!!! What we are not gonna do is go out and beat up our machines on a frozen in trail when we can`t do it any good. I spent the day yesterday out ridin and ran across some really good stuff and some not so good. We still have ALOT of snow in the woods. The some not so good is because we have had only one machine runnin for a couple weeks now……not our fault.

Groomer Jack ran the Point Trails yesterday and they turned out good…I know cause I was out ridin them.

Groomer Gerald is hittin the Stump trail today.

Just stay tuned. I may not post everyday now but I will keep you informed. This season has really been a tester with all the problems we have been having with the machines and not so good weather….so lighten up….we are all really worn out!!!!!!

32 degrees this morning and cloudy. We did hit 40 yesterday but it stayed cloudy so we didn`t loose a lot of snow. Just FYI, we still have a solid 2 1/2 foot of snow on the ground.

Groomer Mike was the only one to hit the trails yesterday. He ran the Stump trail and told me all in all its still in good shape. The plowed section from the loggers is still rideable and should at least last the weekend. Not sure what`s being run today cause I still haven`t made it out to the barn but something will get run.

We are still waiting for parts for the other machines. The hydraulic pump on the one was bad and they shipped out a new one yesterday, we should have it by tonight or tomorrow and we`ll get `er back together asap. Still haven`t heard a word about the injector pump.

If you`re thinking about heading UP this weekend…..DO IT!!!! Things won`t be perfect but you`ll get in some good miles. Just think late season ridin`.
