3 degrees this morning under a partly sunny sky. Been pretty cold UP here the last few days which really helps out the trails. Sorry, didn`t realize its been a few days since my last report but nothing has really changed.

All trails are in excellent shape. I see we are supposed to start warming UP some starting this weekend. I promise to keep you all informed as the weather starts to warm up so you can plan your last ride of the season. Lets hope it doesn`t get too crazy so we can ride thru this month.

Yesterday we parked all the machines and had a maintenance day. We needed to change oils and take care of about a dozen little things. We do this all ourselves to save time and money and make sure everything is up to par. Groomers Mike, Kevin, Dave M., Scott, Gerald, Jack, Glenn and his wife Sherry and myself all showed up to help. We got everything done that we wanted. Sure does help with that many people showing up!!!!! THANKS EVERYBODY!!!!!!!!!!!

Today we are back on the trails. The Point trails, Falls and South trail #8 will get run. We are debating to hit the Stump trail today or tomorrow. Either way all trails will get run tomorrow also. We want all trails smooth as glass so when/if it warms up we WILL have the best trails in da UP!!!!

11 degrees this morning under a mostly clear sky. Boy, February was quite the month wasn`t it? Looks like the first week of this month is gonna follow suit. Hopefully we`ll get a full month of great weather for or favorite sport!! Now, on to the trails…….

Everything is wiped back into shape after the latest storm. We have all been working very hard, running 2 machines at once and 2 guys running together in one machine to get things done. Takes ALOT of dedication and time folks!!!! The Point trails, Falls and the South trail were all run yesterday and all those trails plus the Stump trail will be run today. All trails are back to excellent shape. All trees are cleared but you might run across a couple of helmet slappers here an there. What more can I say? PERFECT!!!!

Speaking of some dedication, I want to bring something UP. Groomer Kevin ran the Point trails #452 and #453 yesterday. I had to run out to the barn yesterday to take care of something and noticed a strange truck parked there. Later that day I talked to Kevin and asked him about it. He told me he ran across a couple people who wanted to help with tree clearing and brushing with him so that was their truck. They took a ride with him on the Point trails in the groomer….now get this…..FOR 10 HRS!!!! Kevin said they busted their butts helping him, plus they took a whole day out of their riding vaca to help!!!!!!!! SPECIAL THANKS go out to Greg Anderson and Jill Veldhof for your help FOR THE WHOLE DAY!!!!! Can`t say enough thanks cause we are all getting pretty tired of brushing and cuttin trees with all these storms lately.

Trails are perfect…..weather is perfect…..come on UP!!!!!
