18 degrees this morning with a clear sky. No new snow in the last few days, actually the last couple of weeks….BUMMER. They are calling for an inch or two for later today, lets hope they are right for a change.

We groomed almost around the clock again this past weekend with just our 2 machines. I can honestly say our trails are in pretty good shape what with the lack of snow. It has been cold so that helps.

Sooo…..all trails are rated as good except for the swamp south of town. In my last report I rated that as poor but with the cold temps at night I will upgrade it too fair.

Some good news. The mechanic is supposed to show up this morning to start on our broke down groomer. We hope to have it back on the trail by Wednesday or Thursday. Lets pray for everything to go right!!!! We have been runnin the crap outa our two other machines all season so we will need to have a shut down and maintence day on them ASAP, but by this coming weekend we should be up to full speed for the first time this season!!!!! Now all we`ll need is a good blast from Ole Man Winter.

LET `ER SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

15 degrees this morning under mostly clear skies. The cooler temps sure are helping to keep things froze in but we sure could use some snow. They are saying we might pick up a little here an there but I`m not holding my breath none. On to the trails……

Groomer Dave ran the South trail #8 yesterday and called it good except for the 3 miles of swamp just south of town. That section he reported as poor. You can get thru there but just be careful.

I ran the Falls trail #45 and will call it good.

We are runnin the Pine Stump trail #8, the Point trails #452 and #453 and the Falls trail again today.

All trails are in good shape except for the swamp. If we could only get some fresh snow I could upgrade them. Everything is hard packed and FLAT.

Thats it fer today.

LET `ER SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DARN IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
