39 degrees this morning and sunny. Boy, we sure are tired of battling this warmer weather. It got up close to 40 and sunny all weekend, not good for the trails! With that being said, here`s what we got……

My favorite word didn`t last long….bummer. We did groom all weekend and all trails are still in good shape with the exception of the swamp south of town which I groomed Saturday and Sunday and I can report that as fair-poor. I did not break through any water holes but there is a lot of standing water on this section.

We are taking the day off from grooming today cause of the weather and doing a maintenance day, changing the oils and filters, greasing them up good and washing and cleaning the interiors up.

But, like I said, all trails are rated as good. They are flat cause we CAN groom in the warmer weather and it looks like the weather will change over to the better by Wednesday night.

Keep checking back and I`ll keep ya`ll informed.

LET `ER SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and get cold again….darn it!!

PARADISE AREA UPDATE via Paradise Area Night Riders www.paradiseareanightriders.org​ – 2/20

8 degrees this morning with a real fine snow in the air. We have picked up over a foot of snow in the last couple of days….YEA!!!!!!!!!!!! Here`s a full run down of our trail system for this weekend…….

Groomer Dave M. ran the south trail #8 yesterday and rated it at very good. The swamp south of town is even rated at good now. He is runnin the trail again today and figures it will go up to EXCELLENT!!

Groomer Zach ran the Falls trail #45 last night and rated that at EXCELLENT!!

Groomer Kevin ran the Point trails #452 and #453 and rated them at very good. He said one more run on them and they will go to EXCELLENT!!

The Pine Stump trail #8 didn`t get run yesterday but will get run today. It too is rated at very good with heavy drifting in "siberia". I`m sure after today it will go up to EXCELLENT!!

Soooo….as you can see….I can FINALLY use my favorite word for the trails. We are a very picky bunch so it takes a lot to call them EXCELLENT. The forecasters are saying its supposed to warm up into the 30`s this weekend during the day but dip into the 20`s at night. With the lows in the 20`s I`m thinking it won`t hurt the trails any. It`s gonna be a PERFECT weekend to come UP and ride!!!!!!

COME ON UP!!!!!!!!!!!!
